I work with adults who are ready to go beyond understanding their patterns and start transforming them. My clients tend to be thoughtful, self-aware people who have often done previous therapy and are looking for something more direct, more precise, and more emotionally engaged.

  • developmental trauma (growing up in a household where your true self wasn't seen), attachment wounds (difficulty trusting, fear of intimacy, people-pleasing),

  • anxiety and depression (especially when rooted in early experiences),

  • relationship patterns (repeating dynamics you can see but can't change), and

  • life transitions and identity (when you sense who you've been is not who you really are).

Format. all sessions are via secure telehealth video.

Fees:
I am a private-pay therapist. My fee is $250 per 50-minute session. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients recover a significant portion of the session fee this way. If you have questions about whether your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to help you figure that out.

How to Begin:
The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. It's a chance for you to ask questions, describe what you're looking for, and see if we feel like a good fit. There's no obligation.

You can reach me at (323) 333-8355 or use the contact form on this site. I typically respond within one business day.
